Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for a minimum 24-hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. This allows other patients the opportunity to reserve that time slot.
We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may occur and changes to your schedule are unavoidable. However, late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee equal to the appointment cost, which is not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
